Seems the query string at the end (?ref=bookmarks) is screwing up the search. I’ll have to fix that. Try just putting https://www.facebook.com/Wilde-Bespoke-Joinery-215941178505887 in the field and clicking Find Albums. That worked for me. Let me know if that works for you.

I don’t really want to provide my email address on this forum, but will help you out here in the comments. I also like having it here since others that are having issues can find this conversation, which could help them.
It sounds like you don’t have the plugin setup yet. If you added the api code from your FB app, you should see a button that asks you to login to Facebook. Once you login, you will see the area to place the URL for your Facebook page and search albums. Hope that helps.

Some reason i get a cavnas error on the url which i added just without the ref to api key whih is weird as should work i put this in as my website api

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.
Try removing the API key again, click save, and be sure to follow the instructions step by step. Make sure the URL you add to your FB App is exactly as the plugin asks for it.

@davidb37 though its solved, it really qyuite simple… when you are on the fb page you wish to download… EI http://www.facebook.com/THIS_IS_PAGE_ID(anything after this is irrelavant)
And as far as Mikes secon to last post yeah… make sure you followed the steps creating the facbeook app , websiteplatfor with ur sites url… etc etc
