    Hello.
    We have a client that uses FB on their website – free version. Anyway, attempting to Update the Database as instructed to import the files from FB 3.9 we repeatedly get an error saying it has failed. Any insight on what could be causing this issue is appreciated.

    Hi @saralovesyellow ,

    Thanks for using FileBird, so in this case it I possible that your database is already up to date, because that Database import function is only useful when you discovered that you lost some folders during the v3.9 upgrade.

    Please check and be sure you have not lost folders or if you have lost folders and still you get error with the update, let us know.

    All previously created folders are missing. I should have included that in the original post.
