Even when the plugin is disabled : http://prntscr.com/s7q2kz . The url redirect with fbclid is not working : http://prntscr.com/s7q2ru. When I deactivate it everything comes back to normal.

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
I’ve just tested this and it’s working as expected on couple of FB pages.
There is a possibility of a conflict with another plugin.
can you please disable other plugins temporarily, while leaving W3 Total Cache enabled and see if the issue persists? If the issue is gone, re-enable the plugins one by one and see which one might be causing the conflict.

I have found the conflict. It is foogallery plugin. I have a lot of galeries created with this plugin. Could you please take a look why these two plugins are not compatible? I have tried other cashing plugins and the problem is same. Please I need to use your plugin. Thanks a lot for your reply.

Thank you for the information.
As I suspected, there is a conflict with another plugin.
You should bring this issue to their support. As you said this is the compatibility issue with the caching plugins and not just W3 Total Cache.
So they need to check what might be causing the issue in their plugin.
