    hi!

    I am interested in this plugin to create my LMS in WordPress. However, my need is very specific:

    i want to sell courses to industry employees, which many times do not have a computer. Is it possible to have 1 user, for example in HR, and that user creates a class (a subpart of the workforce). Then the user buys the course to that class, they see the videos and do the quizzes together (offline in the factory) and when the course finishes then it issues a certificate individually to each person in that class. Is this possible in any way? Each class may be of 10+ people thank you

    1. An HR user will create a class, and within that class, multiple courses will be available.
    2. Employees or users within that class will purchase the courses created by the HR user.
    3. Employees will take the courses offline (without needing internet access).
    4. Once an employee completes a course, an individual certificate will be issued for that specific user.

    Could you kindly confirm if our understanding matches your requirements? This will help us provide a precise response and explore whether LearnPress can be customized or extended to meet your specific needs.

    Hi, thank you for replying. Please check below the requirements specifically:

    1. Create the group “Company A”, where there is an admin (for example HR) and myself.

    2. The admins can purchase courses in the module directly or myself can open courses to all the group or specific individuals within a group

    3. These individuals (aka employees) can login in the system with an user name and not necessarily an email (some employees do not have even use emails)

    4. The individuals can complete the course online as usual (standard process).

    5. Sometimes HR passes the course in a conference room and everyone does the course at the same time. So it is possible for an individual to auto-complete the course (for example only doing the test)

    6. The admin (HR) can auto complete a course of an individual

    7. For each person that completes a course (online, auto complete or auto complete by HR), a certificate is issued

    Based on your description, we understand the functionality you’re looking for. However, we regret to inform you that LearnPress currently does not fully support some of the features you described. Specifically:

    1. In WordPress, an email address is a mandatory field for registering a user account. Unfortunately, this means that employees without email addresses cannot be registered as users in the system at the moment.
    2. Auto-completion of courses by HR or group administrators is not a built-in feature.

    While LearnPress can handle course purchases, online course completion, and issuing certificates for individual users, customization or additional plugins would be required to address the specific requirements you’ve outlined.
