Is there a way, including ad-ons, to allow applicants to submit references that receive an automatic email, and that the tracking of those references can be kept part of the application process via application tracking, etc?

For example, the applicant provides the email address of a reference, and that references receives an email asking for their participation in completing a referral form for the applicant. Once the reference has done so, the admin can view via the control panel the applicant’s progress as well as the reference’s referral.
