The feature image cannot appear when i share my post to Facebook and pinterest.
Please help solving this problem.

Hi,

As we can check your site, the image which you have added in the Meta tag is very small and hence Facebook is crawling the page to get the relevant sixe email.
You can check the requirements in Facebook Debugger –
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object?q=http%3A%2F%2Fveganlogy.com%2F

Pinterest is properly giving options to Pin a single image.
