Feature image issue

I am using the theme Generate press in my site: https://summertimesagamodapk.com/summertime-saga-mod-apk-download/. when i upload featured image in every post. So when i visited those pages than the featured image showed at top but i cannot like it to show in post. Please resolve my this issue.
