Feature Image issue

    Hello,

    Just download it. Seems to be great but the external link I use to feature image…not showing on post himself 🙁 on website mobile version.
    Seems to not like to have same external url twice on same post/page (on feature image and post content).

    I’m using wptouch plugin for mobile version. Please take a look and help.

    Also some other external links on pages I use are missing sometimes on mobile. Seems to be an conflict with page refresh/cache (wptouch cache maybe?)

    I try some of but now are all off.

    Seems that are not the cause or neither help to solve my issue 🙁

    OK.

    The most of times it’s caused by js error in other plugin. Try to disable the other plugins and let me know what happens and if you found a plugin that is causing the error.

    Hello

    Seems to be wptouch plugin incompatibility 🙁

    The issue remain if all plugins are off except wptouch and feature image from url.

    I installed WPtouch Mobile Plugin 4.3.19 and I couldn’t see any problem.

    Could you send me some screenshots?

    Hello,

    You can see my problem if you open my site from mobile. On Maine Page/ Landing Page..you’ll find Featured section.
    You’ll see my Featured Image (from external link) on Pages like: Real Time Temperatures on Europe – North America, Live Weather Conditions Around World, Lightnings Europe…North America Forecast – 5 days, Europe Forecast – 5 days …etc..
    On every Pages like this if you go inside article…you’ll see the missing map..(grey square instead map). On this grey square should be same image/feature image like on HomePage/Feature Pages Section.

    Update: If you access same pages from Menu bar (not from homepage Featured section) this error disappear (Also using mobile). Seems to be a conflict with this carousel mode of Bauhaus theme from wptouch).

    PS. I’m using wptouch pro with add-ons (including wptouch cache, JQUERY ENHANCED, Multi Ads, Web app mode, AMP… etc

    Hello,

    Also when I use Copy Post plugin…for making a new post..this plugin cannot keep Feature Image from Url settings/link from the old post.

    Is it possible to keep the feature image url from original post?

    OK, I will check your site in the end of the day.

    About your second issue, your plugin needs to copy Custom Fields. The change has to be done there.

    Hello,

    Ok no problem. I’ll wait for.
    Meanwhile there is another issue I found. Posts that are using feature image from Url are not Facebook Publicize (jetpack) correctly (image missing).

    Example:

    “https://www.facebook.com/Stirimeteo/posts/1954235308125169”
