feature image missing

    every day I upload 3 files and associate them with 3 different categories. My excel files … 1 has the default pic and the other 1 in has a different category and I apply a feature image for that category and excel file. every week my feature image is deleted from the image library and my files now have the same default image. I don’t want to lose my client …. How do I stop having to fix this every week.

    If not, could you send some screenshots regarding the issue? I don’t think I understood yet completely what you meant… why do you upload the same files every day? And when you say featured image, do you mean literally the featured image for a single file, or a file type icon defined in the settings (based on the mentioned “same default image”)?
