feature image navigation inside single post

    Hello,
    I would create a navigation like this one below
    http://www.robertpan.com/work/index.html

    where the featured images are the navigation through the same category posts.
    Every single work page is single.php but with a sub menu inside based on featured images from the same category.

    Do you know how to do this?
