Feature images

I updated WP and Spun theme recently, and all the formatting was undone. I’ve gotten back most of my formatting, but I cannot figure out the problem with my feature images: athletesfinancial.com

The images default to the original sizes, whereas previously, there were constraints to resize them to the 180×180 size. Stranger though, WP will not allow me to “Remove Feature Image” in order to adjust. I have even tried resizing the files, but it appears WP is not capturing the cropped down sizes.
