• Hi there!
First off thanks for the plugin!
I’m evaluating the idea to add a forum to my site. One thing that worries me is trolls and flamers presence, which can be very detrimental to the forum atmosphere.
Nowdays trolls management has become a must (unfortunately).
So, I was wondering if I could suggest a feature I’d find very useful: to give mods the option to flag and/or hide such kind of posts.

The idea is to offer a way for more urban users to read cleaner threads by default, without having resorted to banning, blocking or censoring people (options that I personally dislike and only consider last resort).
Users would be first presented with the offending/trolling commenter’s posts flagged, or flagged/hidden, at mod’s choice.
Such posts would still be rightly there, just set ‘outside’ the reading flux, still readable but only by explicit per-user choice to un-hide them.

I think it would be very helpful in service to our other users, and actually to the misbehaving user too (still member of the forum, s/he has the chance to choose: either accept his/her posts be flagged as of little value, or better his/her approach and see the label fully lifted).

I like this non-banning but nevertheless users-caring approach!
What do you think of the idea?
