Hello and thank you for your excellent plugin 🙂

It would be nice if we could hand pick (via a checkbox) the events we would like to delete.
Quite a few many times we find ourselves in a situation of deleting the whole log but wanting to keep some edited posts events and some users logins. At the time we have to export the log and keep them on separate .csv files (quite difficult to use when not processed)

Another option could be to be able to pin/lock (keep forever until unpinned) our choice of events.
This way we could check every now and then, pin the ones we want, let the rest be auto-deleted every 2 months and download the interesting ones every 6 months as a report.

PS: I actually thought of 3 features that would be really helpful, so this is feature 01. The rest will follow. Thanx again.

Thanks for the suggestion @marikamitsos! It’s an interesting idea. I don’t think something similar has been requested before so not sure how big the need for this is. But I will add it to my list of user requested features.

    Thank you Pär.

As an example we would like to only keep the attacks to our login pages over a period of two months. The IPs can later be reported to black lists and honeypot .
On the other hand, changes made to posts or plugin updates become useless after a week or so.

My request was actually simpler than this one. But I have to say: I second this too.

Selectively choosing what kind of logged items to keep may be useful in site where a lot of people work altogether editing and installing features. Also when you have to demonstrate a user (or yourself) how many times have been working on the website.

    I like this.
    Thanks!
