I have added it on the list of requests, but I already know it cannot be added so easily.
The workaround for the moment is to create a page called e.g. ‘forums’ that replaces where your root for the forums is right now.
In that page you can put nice titles and text that you want and the use the [bbp-forum-index] shortcode to show the forums that you have.
But as said, I’ll have another look at it !

That workaround doesn’t make it for me, have done lots of changes and mods to the forum in last couple years, css, borrowed functions, plugins including yours, and pretty much most of it doesn’t reach what shows up with the shortcode…

Are you talking about the /forums ? Because that one seems completely different from a standard /forums page…

I’ve done a lot of css and used some “borrowed” functions to make it unique in appearance, not to mention your plugins, but yes that is bbPress, there in the forums dropdown on right side of menu… Not “standard” at all, and very happy it is noticed… 🙂

What page are you referring to on your site ?
This one- http://www.spiritawake.net/forums/ there is not a link to it in the dropdown, just links to the individual forums in the dropdown… There are links to this page at the top of each individual forum though, and also the title Forums at the top of the sidebar for the forums, for the forums links, links to it… It is the main Forum page or forum root that is set in the forums settings page, and upon which all the rest of the forums, topics, etc play off of…
