Feature Request: Acknowledge Content in Shortcodes

So much of my site content is wrapped in shortcodes. This plugin won’t recognize content within those shortcodes. This shortcoming renders the Content Analysis section practically useless. Most of my lights are orange. I would LOVE to see green lights littering my posts and products. Could you please add a feature that reads the output of the page and in doing so acknowledges content within the shortcodes?
