Feature Request: Add a form block

A form block is necessary for most websites. It allows users to get in touch with them. A contact form block should be added to the website.

Other blocks to consider are calculator blocks and forms that can be used for surveys.

WordPress already has many built-in forms for users to input information on the front end. If these were changed to blocks such as the subscription form and login form, it would be better.
