Feature Request: Add Delay Timeout Option for JavaScript Delay
-
Hi Developers!
Thank you for the great work on this plugin!
I’m currently using this plugin and appreciate the JavaScript delay functionality triggered by user interaction. However, I noticed there’s no option to set a delay timeout—a fallback that would automatically load the deferred scripts after a specific time (e.g., 10 seconds) if no user interaction occurs.
This feature is available in other optimization plugins like Perfmatters, and it’s useful in scenarios where essential scripts shouldn’t remain unloaded indefinitely like Google Tag Manager.
Would it be possible to consider adding a delay timeout option to the plugin settings? Ideally, this could be configurable, allowing users to set the timeout duration.
Looking forward to your thoughts!
