Feature request: Address/shipping labels

    First off thanks for a great plugin. It does everything I could want that is in the specification. One thing that isn’t however is the ability to print shipping/address labels and it seemed a good fit for this plugin.

    There also seems to be a gap in the plugin market, I have looked at a variety of other free plugins, all are wanting. None are as easy to use, customisable or template based like yours. It would be great to manage all admin printing tasks, invoices, packing slips AND shipping labels in one place with standardised formatting accross each.

    I realise this is no simple addition but thought there was no harm in suggesting it.

    Hi! Thanks for the suggestion! Technically this is already possible – the plugin is extendable in the sense that you can add as many document types as you want. We haven’t received this request before though, and we need to take into consideration the benefits of adding it vs the cost of maintaining/supporting it.

    That said, we’ll definitely put this on our wishlist for future updates.

    As an alternative solution, have you considered using packing slips with integrated labels?

    Thanks for the reply and interesting to hear the plugin is extendable to other doc types. Is there any documentation for this feature?

    Hi @themightyant,

    Unfortunately there is no documentation on adding an extra document. Another solution might be to purchase or Professional extension and convert the proforma document to function as your shipping labels document.

    Also we have a small plugin available for our paying customers (free of charge) that will let you add an extra document, if customizing the proforma would not work for you.
