Feature request: adjustable query limit

Dear Arjan,
just an other feature request: Is it possible to make the query limit (now hardcoded 2.000) adjustable? I´m using the plugin for a very big website with more than 5.000 pages/posts/custom post types and therefore I allready changed the limit manually to 20.000. But with the next update of the plugin this change will be gone …
