• Hi, re Advanced Buttons it would be great to let them execute some custom script instead of calling an url.
Any chance to get this implemented?
    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In some cases, these buttons can be used to open a modal block(available in Pro addon) by adding a custom CSS class and link to the ID of the modal.

For us to have a clear view of your inquiry and better assist you, could you specify “some custom script” that you want the buttons to do?

    Kind Regards,
    Karla

Thanks for your instant reaction. Custom script may be whatever you can imagine (arbitrary javascript; it doesn’t matter). I tried another approach (- exposing database query parameters … – not a good idea) and, finally had to revert back to another button plugin offering this onclick functionality … I’m always happy when reducing plugin collections …
    Kind regards,

    Hello @heb51,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

For feature requests, you can submit them on this page. However, please note that we cannot give an ETA of when this will be added as the development team considers certain factors before implementing new ones.

    Kind Regards,
    Karla
