Feature Request: body classes/id

    Hey guys – Following up on the fix you released for the missing body tag (big thanks!), it would be really great if you could add a custom body class and page id to the body tag. Even something as basic as say…

    <body class="lfc-page lfc-page-id-123">

    or

    <body id=" lfc-123" class="lfc-page">

    …would be extremely useful. This is not urgent at all, merely a wish list item.

    Again – this is a great plugin and I look forward to its evolution!
