Feature request: CSS & JS per element entry

    Instead of CSS/JS per page, I suggest to create CSS/JS per element entry like in “E page builder”.

    I hope when clicking the wrench button on any element entry, I can set individual CSS/JS.

    This is important because when using single CSS/JS for a page, when deleting element entry that custom-styled with CSS/JS, it will leave unused CSS/JS (we easily forgot to delete inside CSS/JS).
