    Hi Support,

The last few months, one of my clients has had customers who, instead of getting the Live Rates from Shiprocket, were shown the Fallback Rates set up in the plugin. These are returning customers, meaning the PIN codes are valid and within the serviceable area.

Merchant suffers when such a fallback rate, locked for an order, is kept low.

It would be helpful if Shiprocket plugin can display a message under the Fallback Rate on the WooCommerce checkout page. Something simple like –

There are no couriers available at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes for better shipping rates or continue with the flat Fee added to your cart

This way, if there’s a temporary problem with Shiprocket displaying Live Rates, we can setup a higher Fallback Rate to encourage customers to try again.

Sincerely hope you can help with this in an upcoming version.

    Kind regards,

    Thanks for your email.
We will check the feasibility about the features request and notify you about the same.
However, for quick resolution we would request you to please crosscheck the following points for the resolution

    1.Please reinstall the plugin.
2.At the time of the plugin configuration Shiprocket’s register email id and mobile number have to be used on the Plugin settings page.
    3. Minimum one Pickup address should be added on the Shiprocket panel.
    4. In Products weight (in KG) should be updated on WordPress.
    5. In Products dimensions (in CM) should be updated on WordPress.

After updating the details if still facing any issue please drop an email on [email protected] or raise a ticket from the Shiprocket panel with all the details (register email id / Company id, store URL, channel name)

    Thanks & Regarads,
    Shiprcoket Team
