Feature request: Disable caching/CDN for admin/editor users

    Dear plugin authors

    first of all a big thank you for this great plugin. We got it set up with a MaxCDN account and it works out-of-the-box.

    I would like to make a small feature request:

    When an admin/editor user is logged into the site, would it be possible for WP Super Cache to server non-cached pages (neither from CDN nor fomr the internal cache).

    This would be a tremendous help in time gain as currently one has to keep clearing the cache/CDN to view the smallest of changes on the site.
