Feature Request – Disable Encoder Obfuscation Mode by Default

    Please disable Encoder Obfuscation Mode by default, it can’t be a top feature which people want, the whole purpose of cleantalk is solely to protect our forms in my opinion, these are extra features and shouldn’t be enabled by default. Or there should be a way to have a master setting from our account which can override it on first activation and then controlled locally?

    Thank you for sharing your thoughts! To be honest, we’re sticking with the current default settings for now, as they work best for the majority of our users. However, you can always disable this manually in the plugin settings immediately after setup.

    If you’re managing multiple sites, I’d recommend looking into our ‘Templates’ feature in the Extra package. It lets you save your ‘perfect’ settings once and apply them to every new website you add. I couldn’t check if this is already active on your account, but you can find more details regarding this feature here and here.

    Everyone in my network who I have recommended your plugin to disagrees, they don’t need this.

    But its your plugin and your wish obviously.

    The extra package is not financially feasible for features it adds, I will manage without it.
