Feature request: disable the Customizer

It would be nice if the plugin would let one disable the Customizer, which I imagine many people don’t use, especially for bespoke sites. I, for one, never use it when I don’t have to.

There is a dedicated plugin for that: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/customizer-disabler/. Maybe it can serve as an example.
