Hey @ace1623,
Yes, we do plan on improving this in a future update 🙂
So i have figured out how i want the “check in/check out” to work. On my calendar i want the final booked day from any ical to be “available” so it green for selecting (not a crossover) and i want the first day of any booking to be “available” and green as well to be able to be selected as a “check out” day. I have this all setup just fine for my liking.
Problem im having is the “check out” day that is already booked shows the price for that night. Is there a way to be able to remove the price from a booked night?
For example I have someone checking out on July 17, someone checking in on July 21st. My calendar shows July 17th available with a price, July 18th Available with a price, July 19th Available with a price and July 20th Available with a price. It also shows July 21st available (which i want), but it shows a price….. This could be misleading visually. Rather any booked night not have a price listed.. but be green and selectable for a checkout date.
Is this possible?
This is exactly what the changeover legend items are for. They indicate a checkin/checkout date, but are still bookable (you can select them to make a new booking).
Did you also enable the split selection style in the calendar’s embed options?
Ok, thank you. I’ll just use the crossover ending to keep the price from showing up. I just wanted to use “whole days” on the calendar, but i would prefer not to show price on a booked day, but have it available to click for checkout without being visually a “cross over”. Thank you for your help.
