Hi rengland77,
Thank you for letting us know your suggestion. As you mentioned , adding a dropdown with recipient emails, you mean the form appears as a dropdown when a submitter fill it out?
For the optional people that you can email, you go to the form action and fill out the box email sent to : http://i.imgur.com/xZUFNJt.png . And then you submit the form and the email notification will go to the specified people
Sincerely,
tony
Thanks for replying Tony.
Yea I saw that part in the admin, but that wasn’t what I meant.
Think of it as the front end user being able to select a department to email. So they would have a dropdown menu with options of tech support, billing, etc… Whatever they choose would go to a different email.
Anyway, great plugin.
hi rengland77,
Thank you for the reply, Yes, you can do it, let me give a suggestion:
1. you go to Apearance>Menu. Here you will find the wr contact form , you add the form to the menu normally: http://i.imgur.com/VZhHpRZ.png . When the form is on the menu, you simply change the name to billing(http://i.imgur.com/NkmTu3B.png) … or named it while creating forms. However, I am really sorry for this unconvenience ,the link to the forms are getting trouble for displaying on front-end. We are working on it and will release the fixed version as soon as possible.
2. Here is my suggestion while waiting for our release, you can create posts or pages, then paste the wr contact form shortcode into. Finally you come back to the Appearance>Menu and add the page or post to menu at which the form will be displayed normally.
Have you a good time
Sincerely,
wr support team
So if I’m linking to the forms from the menu, wouldn’t that require having multiple forms? (Since each department has their own email for the response to go to). I only want one form for them to maintain (there will be about 10 departments listed.
