Feature Request: Exclude by class

It would be really useful to be able to exclude by a heading class.

The Exclude Headings by heading text is useful, but it can be hard to keep track of for changing headings and dynamically-generate headings. In those cases, it’s often easier to assign a specific custom class to the heading, so that it will operate independently of the specific text of the heading.
