Feature Request: Footnotes Shortcode

I would love to have a footnotes shortcode as part of the shortcodes ultimate toolset.

There are some plugins for that (Easy Footnotes the most used and beeing the only one supported) but it would be great to have this inside a plugin that is already installed on all my websites anyway and that is maintained reliably.

Also some more funcionality would be great. I can think about parameters for the following:

• “To top” icon to display
• To show or not to show footnote content on mouse hover in tooltip
• Showing footnote content in which style (see tooltip shortcode)
