Feature request: Hide header

I have a couple of minor feature requests. It would be great if there was an option to display the calendar without the date header at the top. This would be ideal when displaying the calendar as a list.

My other request is for a plain text shortcode for the location. Currently the location shortcode formats the location with HTML in a way I do not want. I would like an option where I could get the just the location in text and nothing else. This way I could format it with the HTML that I’d prefer.
