Feature request: import/export settings

I manage a lot of sites. The plugin has many settings. One easily forgets to turn a specific setting on or off. It would be nice to export and import the plugin’s settings, so I can easily ‘copy’ a set of default settings from one site to another.

The export format could be a JSON file, just like it works in ACF, Gravity Forms, etc.
