• Hello,

Before I get started, I just want to say: awesome plugin! I have it installed on many of the WP instances I maintain at work, and my non-technical content creators find it very easy-to-use.

Now to the feature request: I would be great if, instead of the Layout Builder widget being a “widget” when added to a Page Builder layout, it would appear inline, essentially extending the existing layout.

We use the Layout Builder widget a lot in situations where we have a two column row where one of the columns needs to be split into two after some number of full column-width widgets. What’s not nice is that widgets placed in a layout are completely siloed from each other. I can’t pick up and drag a widget into the Layout Builder widget layout, and vice versa. Right now, I have to recreate each widget that I want to move from one layout to the next, which can get rather time consuming.

Obviously, from the WP Appearance»Widgets menu it should still be a widget, but if it’s being placed in layout, inline would be fantastic.

    Thanks for listening, in advance!
