Feature Request – log Plugin activations / de

    Hey again – sorry to spam with feature requests, but I’m getting ready to likely deploy this onto our server. I just noticed it doesn’t log plugin activations and deactivations. Is there a reason for this?

    Also, are there any examples of how to extend Audit Trail to log our own stuff? I haven’t found anything. Thanks again!
