Feature Request: Multiple sessions per day

    Hi,

    Firstly, fantastic plugin!

    Any chance you could possibly include multiple sessions per day please? For example a lot of the websites I do are for companies who close for lunch (i.e. are open from 8am-1pm & 2pm-530pm)

    If this could be incorporated i’d be more than happy to use it on my websites.

    Your feature request is on my to-do list 🙂
    I have a question for you too: I’m thinking of offering a pro-variant of this plugin and might incorporate that feature int it. Would this be something you’re willing to pay for or do you want to see it as free functionality?

    Hmm..interesting question…

    I think the multiple sessions per day should be a basic required feature really because quite a few businesses are closed for lunch etc. Personally i’d be happy to donate a small amount if that were included. However, a pro version with more advanced features would also be a viable proposition. The question is, I think, where do you “draw the line” between essential free features and advanced payable ones.

    Thanks for your response, Dave! It’s indeed a fine line between essential free and advanced paid. I’ll have to think about it a bit further. I’ll be including the break in the near future 🙂

    I think this would be a reasonable feature I would pay for. Its easy to go without for most businesses (just add a note below the hours), and its an extra level of polish.

    I accept your point where one is merely listing the business hours. However, I am more interested in using the Open / Closed status widget. Quite a few of the websites I run are on behalf of Doctor’s surgeries and some of the patients would feel misled and angry if their website states they’re open when they aren’t.

    Hi @misterfixit,

    Just a heads-up: I have included this feature now but decided to go the premium route for it. I looked around and most plugins do it that way.
