Feature request: No CDN option

    Like this plugin more and having less problems with my JS deferral setup than TablePress, but one thing irks me just a bit: All the third party CDN loaded resources.

    Personally I’d love an option for these to be loaded locally via the same origin. Multiple origins has potential security and load time implications.
