Feature Request: Order # in PayPal

It would be very useful if the Order # was passed in to PayPal as a custom field or the Invoice # so that we could more easily link up our payments in PayPal with the orders in WordPress.

I realize that with the current setup, this is not possible because you only create the order number once payment has been confirmed. But perhaps you could change it up to work like WooCommerce in that it creates a Pending order as soon as the customer proceeds to PayPal in which case you can send on the Order #. And if the customer then cancels the PayPal payment and returns to the site, you can automatically change the order status to Cancelled.
