Feature Request: Page move confirmation when URL affected

It would be great to have an option in the plugin config to toggle on/off a confirmation when moving a page will result in the URL changing. So if you change the order of pages below a parent page, no confirmation would be presented. But if you tried to drag and drop a page from one parent page to another, it would prompt to confirm the move and indicate URLs will be affected. This will prevent site editors from accidentaly changing page URLs and breaking links or having redirects autogenerated. I know with the large number of pages we have on our site, dragging and dropping sometimes isn’t super responsive in the UI resulting in misplaced pages.
