    We would like to tell the Pardot forms to pre-populate some of the fields in the displayed form. I know this is possible because I have done it. Adding the field to the query strings when adding a URL to a page manually, on a site not in a CMS where I need to code everything by hand I can alter the url for the form to something like this http://go.pardot.com/X/XXXXX/XXXX-XX-XX/XXXX?landing_page=name_of_page and the form will pre populate this hidden field we have added to the landing page pardot form.

    What we would like to see is another field added when inserting a form on WP so that we can add a query string to the url.

    We would also like to see this field handle shortcodes or allow filtering so that we can dynamically generate this query string.

    Is this plugin on Github? Will you accept a pull request for something like this?

    Hey John,

    Seems like most of this would already be possible with the built-in filters and shortcode attributes available to you.

    I’d normally point you to the plugin FAQ, but the new plugin repo design is breaking some code blocks. Check out the README on GitHub instead.

    That’s where I found the information eventually, going to be honest, I really don’t like this new plugin listing design. It’s confusing and makes it difficult to find anything, but hey, why would I want to find anything.

    Haha, I’m sure they’ll iterate on it, or I’ll figure out how to deal with the new standards and update the FAQ.
