The premium version has the option to have the box checked automatically. You could also hide the checkbox with css in that case so 99.9% of users wouldn’t know how to uncheck it.

Scott is right, the premium version of the plugin would allow you to hide the checkbox, or you could hide it yourself with CSS.
This plugin honours the remember me checkbox, so if a user uncheck’s it, they won’t be remembered. I don’t think it’s right to force someone to be remembered if you’re giving them the option on a form.
There isn’t an option on the plugin to keep someone logged in if they uncheck the box, and I don’t think it’s a good idea to add that functionality myself.

Another small question, if I use a third-party registration login form. Will the “remember me” option also be pre-selected?
No problem.
The plugin will try to hide third party remember me checkbox’s, but it doesn’t always hide them, it depends how the third party plugin creates them.
If the checkbox is still visible, just let me know the plugin you’re using and I’ll try and add support.
