feature request: repeatable text as a grid with rows?

    I need to do a grid form, but instead of radio buttons I need text responses available.
    The form becomes too long if I use individual paragraph boxes below one another given the volume of rows, and is extremely repetitive (lots of real estate lost on repeating the same headers for each box). Ideally I would like “Repeatable Text” with an option of setting the number of columns.

    Example with 3 columns:

    Question1 Question2 Question3
    Answer1 Answer1 Answer1
    Answer2 Answer2 Answer2
    Answer3 Answer3 Answer3
    etc…

    A bonus would be if it was possible to set the initial number of rows and then for the user to add more rows if necessary like it’s now possible with the Repeatable Text field.
