I’m sorry, but I don’t really understand the feature request. Do you mean to replace an image with another one that is already in the Media Library? If so, can you please give a use case for this so we understand why or how this would be useful?
Also, what is the mediathek? 🙂

Usage if new image is already in media library and some current images needs to be replaced. When replace already an image and need to replace more with the same image.

I apologize for it, but unfortunately we don’t really understand your feature request 🙁
You want to be able to replace a particular image with another one that is already in the Media Library. And you also want to do it with multiple images at once. Is this also correct?
If so, to be honest, we are not sure if this would be a good usage of the plugin, because you will end up with the same image uploaded in the Media Library several times and you will be wasting disk space as well as making your Media Library look cluttered. My recommendation would be to just edit your pages to point to the correct Media Library item.
