Feature Request: REST API Support for Meta Title & Description

    Hi ,

    Thanks for the great plugin! I use the WordPress REST API to publish posts and would love to set SEO meta title and description programmatically.

    Right now, the_seo_framework_title and the_seo_framework_description aren’t exposed in the REST API. Could you please consider adding support for reading and writing these fields via API?

    This would really help those of us using REST API to publish posts.
