I am not quite sure I understand the approach of that simple post. But I did not consider it since I am aiming to provide just giveaway through this plugins.
If you explain it a bit more on how that would work and why, it might be a new plugin idea then:)
I did not think about copying or duplicating the giveaway, but it does feel like a fine feature.

The ability to duplicate~clone a giveaway is a great time saver and an awesome feature, but that feature does not need to be added into the giveaway plugin since it can already be accomplished using the versatile plugin Post Duplicator

Perhaps instead of adding cloning~duplicating as a feature that would require ongoing maintenance, a user notice might be incorporated somewhere like “To clone or duplicate Giveways quickly use Post Duplicator.” (link to it) Just a thought.
As for the simple post type almandareo mentions, it sounds like maybe they are referring to creating a series of scheduled posts using a custom type so these special posts do not appear in the normal post loop. I am not sure that I understand the use case for these. There are other ways (plugins) to filter regular posts so that only selected~filtered~categories posts display on a page and the normal WP scheduling feature (or a plugin) works for that purpose. ???
We also use Post Expirator to terminate all giveaway related posts and announcements, etc. when a giveaway ends. Its helpful. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/post-expirator/

I don’t intend to exclude any information from the giveaway since it is a giveaway. Maybe some other plugins might be useful here for that.

Just an option to create a post without the giveaway info.
I was thinking about using it to create full page banners or one off pages which could be included in emails as links.

that is something that I do not think to create since I am only focused on the giveaway part because the plugin is “Simple Giveaways”.
For such pages, I would suggest you use Elementor or similar builders that have various options and you can easily customize the look of the page.
