Feature Request: Support multi-select fields

I have a custom field that I would like to be a delimited string of selected options. Because I have many possible dynamic options, it is not practical to create a field for every option. Instead it would great to have a multi-select input element convert the selections to a delimited string which is then sent to SendInBlue
