Feature request: text MIME email

    Hi there,

    Thank you for this great plugin.

    I would like to find out if it would be possible to create the emails in text and html MIME. It seems that the current emails are html only, and having a plain text version would be great for (1) people with certain disabilities, e.g. those that use screen readers; and (2) for people who use text based email clients.

    Would it be possible to add this?
