Hello @wwwwp 👋
Thank you for your feedback, and for using Markup Markdown. 🤝
Sorry for the lack of documentation as it is a work in progress. The feature already exists actually, it’s not in the settings but in the screen options as explained here :
https://www.markup-markdown.com/blog/wordpress-plugins/markup-markdown-sticky-toolbar/
To resume it’s a “session” feature you can toggle on demand. From the edit screen, when you edit a post or a custom post type, on the top inside the “screen options” metabox there should be a checkbox to make the toolbar sticky on scroll. You need to save you changes, and the toolbar should stick to the top 🥳
Please try it when you can, hope that works for you.
Kind regards

Thank you for your reply!
Ah, I didn’t realize it was already there. Thanks for the info!
It’s really helpful!
If possible, it would be great to have an option in the plugin settings to force the sticky toolbar on by default. (Contributors might not notice the screen options.)
Also, the option doesn’t seem to appear when creating a new post (post-new.php).
Thanks again!
Thank your for the feedback @wwwwp 👍
Actually you are right, it’s not necessarily the best place, an option from the settings screen wouldn’t hurt at all 😉 I’ll try to check in the near future if this is something I could implement.
Thank you for your time, and glad you could use it. 🤲
