Feature request – unavailable dates improvement

Hi,

This plugin looks good and may be what I need for a project, however I’ve found an issue that I think could be improved and would make a real difference to the back end.

On the Unavailable Dates admin page, it would be good if:

a) You could select a date range (from, to)
b) Below the current content, it would list all the unavailability currently set, with delete buttons.
