    Hi,
it would be really helpful the see, which username caused a lockout in the activity log.
Maybe this is an option for a future release?
Anyways, great plugin. Really light weight and simply does its job.
    Regards

    Hi,
That’s only partially possible. The problem is that you can get locked out for trying multiple usernames (from the same IP) in some period of time. So then the question is which username caused the lockout? 🙂 But regardless of that we definitely have plans to make the log/report more helpful and robust.

Thank you for your kind words!

    Thanks for the quick response.
I’m happy to hear you have plans to work on the activity log.

Technically this might be correct. But in real world you’ll have the same user in probably >95% of all cases – at least what I can tell from my experience. Logging the user name which ultimately triggered the lock would be fine imho.
Another option would be to simply write any failed login attempt with user name to the log and mark attempts, which triggered a lock somehow differently.
Maybe even give the user an option via drop-down on the settings page to choose a log level?! 😉
    Just a few ideas.
    Cheers
