Feature Request – When Making A Manual Backup

I have been using the free version of Updraft for a few months now. I perform manual backups after making significant changes or up dates to my site. It would be nice if I could add a comment or personal notation to the backup file or show on the dashboard referencing why I made the manual backup. Example; Added plugin “X”, updated forms and changed settings A, B, C, ect…
